"SUper simple... but depends on if your husband takes hints well... let him catch you scoping out well dressed guys! Make acomment to him about how nice the other guy looks, how shoes match his belt etc. Once he clues in that he's not looking hot like that he'll want to change. In this way he'll think it's his idea and not you trying to force it on him!!! Guys HATE being forced but you can get them to change how they think and most of us are too stupid to figure out this type of re-education.... we just roll with it!"
