We're in the USA... we are all sensitive to people who are new to this country and what they are contributing to society; however, we are all in the same country and it's not expecting too much for people to speak the language the understand. There is nothing wrong to ask someone to repeat his/her self; but don't do it too many times... simply ask for the manager to help translate so everyone is satisfied. :-) "
